In this intensely competitive era, what technologies, services, and project model can give you an edge over your competitors?
We have set models with fixed prices so it is easy for the clients to determine how much they need to pay for a particular service.
We have introduced a resource-based engagement model which makes inroads for the use of the latest technology. The costing based on this model is ascertained hours dedicated to the project on a daily basis.

I would be lying if I say that the work hasn’t affected my social life at all, the former has definitely taken a toll on the latter for sure. But there are ways to keep a balance in your personal and professional life. I do manage to take some time out for my family and for friends as well. At least once in a week, I do plan a movie or go to some restaurant with my friends or family.
Whom do you consider your idol or biggest motivator?
My great-grandfather is my biggest motivator. He opened a small shop and now it has been turned into a very big enterprise. I hope that I will be able to do the same in my business too. Other than him, I idealize Steve Jobs and Henry Ford for their extraordinary achievements.

We ensure that the service representatives are able to figure out the problems and reach the bottom of it. It requires training for technologies and soft skills both. We follow a systematic workflow which gives us an edge when it comes to fault-finding. A customer can face issues due to various reasons, it could be technical glitch or a simple misunderstanding about the feature.
The support executive has to keep them cool and know-how in their mind for combing the problem. It is also important that we find the issues in time and able to fix them as soon as possible. Our approach is to get to the root of the problem and find the most suitable patch to it.
What are your hobbies? What do you do in your non-work time?
I was once very passionate about horse riding, but now work is everything that I think about. Most of the day is spent in conferences, meetings, and huddles with different teams. However, once I reach home I like to play with my 1-year-old daughter and spend some quality time with my family. I also love traveling and never miss a chance to visit different places even it is an official tour.
Have you raised any funding? Or have any plans for the funding?
We did that in the beginning and fortunately we have been able to pay back. Now we are able to generate enough business and do not have any plans for fund-raising in near future.
Give your opinions on how far this app revolution can make a difference in the technology world?
Mobile applications have now become a better vehicle to access services. Therefore, their usage is going to increase more and almost every business is going to be available on a mobile app in the future. Moreover, smartphones and the internet have also become easily accessible now extending the market of mobile apps.
What latest technologies and tools you’re planning to implement for mobile app development?
I personally feel when it comes to technology, the sky is the limit. We try to implement the most cutting-edge mechanism in the apps and websites that we make. Currently, our focus has been on React Native, NodeJs and Blockchain Technology to deliver our projects. I can proudly say that we are the frontrunners in terms of catering the latest technology to our clients.

This industry is driven by innovation and technology which makes it always edgier. You need to be updated and well-versed with the latest changes. The only challenge that companies like us face is getting the resources at the right price and we follow all the standard practices to avoid that risk.
Mention the ways you use to introduce new updates to your team.
Team huddles are done on a regular basis. The information is cascaded to team leaders and we do a surprise audit once in a month to check if the team members are aware of all the updates. However, to keep the human errors at bay, we send all the updates on mail as well. The leaders have their own groups on whatsapp and that is also to convey all the messages.
What’s your step to enter into wearable tech & IOT revolution?
Technologies like IoT and wearables are surely the future we all are looking forward to. We are making inroads into this technology and have started to provide these options to our clients. We have already established ourselves in blockchain, IoT and AI. In the future, we are going to involve many new technologies such as Augmented Virtual Reality and Data Analytics in the future. We have already started taking big projects that involve usage of cutting-edge technology. Soon, we will be providing every service to our clients.
We have already developed many such applications with the newest technologies. Our latest projects involve virtual reality apps, fitness-tracking apps, Internet of Things, decentralized apps for payment, etc. Our developers are keen to learn new things and we provide them an environment where it is possible. That’s the result that we haven’t seen a single failure in the span of 3 years.
