What are the services you offer to your clients?
We provide digital solutions to businesses seeking to progress in future technologies. Our IT services include NFT minting website development, crypto wallet development, blockchain consulting, web3 platform development, and more.
In this intensely competitive era, what technologies, services, and project models can give you an edge over your competitors?
At this point, I think it’s pretty clear that blockchain, metaverse, web3, and crypto are leading the tech market. As an IT company, having prowess over these technologies definitely gives you a competitive edge over others. However, even when working with such advanced technologies, you have to be the best, or it won’t be difficult for bigger and better companies to take your share of the work.
How has being an entrepreneur affected your family & Social life?
If anything, it has only made my family and social life better. My team has become my family and we have a close bond. We stay professional within office bounds and take time to socialize once in a while. It has been a great contributor towards creating a balance of my personal and professional life.
Who do you consider your idol or biggest motivator?
My wife is my inspiration and my biggest motivator. We started Suffescom together, envisioned it to be a successful company, and went through its different phases of ups and downs together. All this while, my wife has always been a constant and even today supports me at all times.

What are your hobbies? What do you do in your non-work time?

Give your opinions on how far this app revolution can make a difference in the technology world.
If we look back at 2002, most of the technology that exists today would have sounded like a joke to people then. But it’s the tech visionaries like us that made the seemingly impossible feat possible. Nothing has changed now except we are dealing with technologies like blockchain, metaverse and web3. We are building a revolution that will make remote travel possible. Immersive experiences will be a norm and metaverses will be a popular way to socialize. And these are just some of the use cases that we can imagine today.
What are the challenges you see in the outsourcing industry?
Communication is by far the biggest challenge. It’s hard to keep track of the client, their needs and their requirements in real-time. And if there is a time zone difference, it just makes the communication worse. At times, the development process moves to the next step because of a lack of immediate communication which often leads to clients not being satisfied with the previous developments. With this, you’re just looking at extra work.
Mention the ways you use to introduce new updates to your team.
Well, daily calls and weekly stand-ups are the ways that I opt for. I believe, if there is clear communication between the team, then it becomes easy to address new processes to them. I would explain the reason behind the updates, what goals can be achieved with this, and what benefits these changes may bring for the company and employees.
Anything, you would like to say to our readers, upcoming entrepreneurs or Startup Companies?
