Strategic choices and innovative approaches are needed to stay ahead of this industry during this fierce competition period. To stay on top, we use cutting-edge technologies such as AI and Power BI that help in effective data analysis. The integration of MongoDB into our system enhances flexibility and developer productivity. 

How has being an entrepreneur affected your family & Social life? 

We have seen improvements in our family and social life, as becoming an entrepreneur has led to positive changes. These changes include a positive shift in people’s perceptions and an increase in personal connections. This journey has brought societal recognition, a sense of support, and improved financial stability for our family. It’s encouraging to see more and more people who have been inspired to start their businesses, contributing to the increasing number of entrepreneurs in our society.

Who do you consider your idol or biggest motivator? 

Mr. Shabbir Ahmed- Dr. Kalam’s life inspires me with great inspiration, and I can see how he bravely faced all the challenges to reach a peak of success. Elon Musk is a major motivator for me, constantly surprising the world with his foresight and innovative thinking which continues to provoke new ideas. Mr. Ratan Tata stands out for his remarkable humility and visionary attitude among those who have had a lasting effect on me.

Mr. Rakesh Shahi- I consider Mr. Ratan Tata as my most important source of inspiration. I am greatly inspired by his humanitarian efforts, coupled with a down-to-earth attitude despite the great heights he has reached. It’s a testament to the qualities I admire most that he’s committed himself to making a positive impact on society and maintaining humility in success.

After-service is a necessary part of development. How do you provide customer support to your client? 

We prioritize after-service by offering timely and responsive assistance to our clients through various channels. A team of experienced after-sales experts as well as a feedback team is active in seeking and responding to clients’ comments, providing prompt assistance. In addition, to ensure customer satisfaction we use a variety of methods, e.g. sending responsive texts to clients to confirm their queries.

What are your hobbies? What do you do in your non-work time? 

Mr. Shabbir Ahmed- I have a passion for engaging in sports like chess, table tennis, and cricket, to fuel my sportsman spirit. Apart from sports, I am delighted to keep up my knowledge of geopolitics and the ever-changing fields of science and innovation that are keeping me engaged and stimulated intellectually.

Mr. Rakesh Shahi- I enjoy exploring the world of astrology when I’m free. Additionally, I enjoy playing tabla and singing to spend my time. I like indulging in my sports interests including cricket, chess, and table tennis.

Have you raised any funding? Or have any plans for the funding?

We’re exploring opportunities and working with venture capitalists and angel investors, who have expressed interest in helping support our company. We’ve put in place a strategy to take advantage of potential investments for the growth and success of our business.

Chemxpert, a Life Science Intellipedia entity, is an application-driven app that combines precision, efficacy, AI-based forecasts and data-driven information to create a revolution in the world of chemistry. It quickly analyzes complex chemical structures with cutting-edge algorithms, empowering researchers and scientists to make informed choices.

What latest technologies and tools will you implement for mobile app development? 

Our application is currently in progress and we are using advanced technologies like Flutter & React native to create efficient applications.

What are the challenges you see in the outsourcing industry?
