  • Paid advertising.
  • Content creation & social media management.

3. In this intensely competitive era, what technologies, services, and project models can give you an edge over your competitors?

Yeah, the market’s tough, and there is no doubt about it. But that’s what keeps us active. What sets us apart isn’t just the tech we use, but how we use it. We have smart systems running in the background that help us refine our campaigns while they’re live.

That means we don’t just set it and forget it. We are adjusting things on the fly to get better results. We try to make every interaction feel personal, not just a generic sales pitch.

That’s where tools like real-time data and automation help, but it’s really about understanding people, not just numbers. And when it comes to how we work, we’re big on agility. We move quickly, adjust on the fly, and always focus on delivering results fast.

4. How has being an entrepreneur affected your family & social life?

Being an entrepreneur comes with sacrifices, and it’s had an impact on my social life. I’ve missed dinners, birthdays, and even weekends sometimes. But I’m lucky my family’s always had my back.

Over the years, I’ve learned how to balance things better, and while it’s still a work in progress, I make sure to prioritize quality time with them. I think entrepreneurship can challenge your personal life, but it also teaches you to manage your time and relationships more intentionally.

5. Who do you consider your idol or biggest motivator?

Steve Jobs has always been my biggest idol. He didn’t just build products, he changed the way the world thinks about technology. His creativity and bold vision continue to inspire me every day.

I also look up to Elon Musk. His drive to tackle big problems, from space to clean energy, is next-level. Both of them remind me that if you think big, stay curious, and keep pushing, there’s no real limit to what you can do.

6. Share the best 3 applications that your company has created for your clients with the App Store link.

We’ve had the opportunity to work on some really exciting projects at Buzzz.

Here are three of the best apps we’ve developed:

  • PIPI: This custom sports league app lets friends create, manage, and compete in their own leagues. It’s been a great way for users to engage in friendly competition. Check it out on the App Store.
  • GabLab: GabLab is a web app focused on managing reviews, improving reputation, and boosting customer engagement. It’s perfect for businesses looking to connect with their customers on a deeper level. Explore it on the App Store.
  • GoSpark: GoSpark connects businesses with customers through exclusive deals, rewards, and promotions. It’s a great way for companies to reach their audience with unique offers. Find it on the App Store.

7. After-service is a necessary part of development. How do you provide customer support to your clients?

I personally take care of after-service because I believe strong client relationships start at the top. Our support team is available around the clock to handle any issues our clients face. If something goes wrong, we are on it fast.

We also roll out updates regularly to keep things running smoothly. For us, it’s not just about handing over an app, it’s more about standing by our work long after it’s live.

8. What are your hobbies? What do you do in your non-work time?

When I’m not working, I like to unwind with a good book or play cricket. Staying active helps me clear my mind and think more creatively. Traveling is another big one for me.

Exploring new places and cultures gives me fresh ideas and keeps me curious. And of course, family time is a must. They are my anchor and my biggest support. Nothing beats a quiet evening with the people who matter most.

9. Have you raised any funding? Or have any plans for the funding?

We haven’t raised any external funding so far. I’ve solely invested my savings into the business. This has allowed us to grow organically and make sure we’re fully in control of our direction.

While we haven’t explored outside funding yet, we are always open to possibilities as we scale and explore new opportunities.

10. Give your opinions on how far this app revolution can make a difference in the technology world.

The app revolution has already started to reshape how we live, work, and interact. Like, for example, we have gone from desktop to mobile, from waiting to on-demand. And this is just the beginning.

Apps are helping businesses move faster, reach more people, and offer smoother experiences. As tech keeps evolving, apps will keep breaking new ground, making things smarter, quicker, and more user-focused across every industry.

11. What are the challenges you see in the outsourcing industry?

One of the biggest challenges in the outsourcing industry is communication. Often, there are misunderstandings due to time zone differences, language barriers, or unclear expectations. It’s crucial to set the right foundation with clients and partners to avoid these issues.

Another challenge is ensuring the quality of work remains consistent across different teams and locations. We prioritize building strong relationships and ensuring that quality is never compromised.

12. Mention the ways you use to introduce new updates to your team.

We ensure that everyone is on the same page when new updates are introduced. We use a mix of team meetings, internal chats, and project management tools to communicate the changes.

Whether it’s a new feature or a shift in direction, we make sure the team gets the details early so everyone is prepared and can provide their input. We also encourage open discussions to ensure that the updates align with our team’s goals and workflow.

13. Anything you would like to say to our readers, upcoming entrepreneurs, or Startup Companies?

As Steve Jobs said, “The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.” If you’re thinking about starting something, do it. Don’t wait for the perfect time. There is no such thing as the perfect time. You will face setbacks, even there will be moments when you will doubt yourself. That’s where you don’t have to give up, because what matters is that you keep moving and fighting against the odds

First, learn and then take risks. Surround yourself with people who challenge you, not just agree with you. Build something that solves a real problem, and always, always put the customer first. Your product should speak for itself. And remember, persistence beats perfection every time.

The road isn’t easy, but if you are hungry enough, it’s absolutely worth it.
