In this intensely competitive era, what technologies, services and project model can give you an edge over your competitors? 

Besides our decades of experience in the field and our status as a “one-stop” provider of IT solutions, most of it can be attributed to our openness to new technology and the velocity in which we . For one, we have already been utilizing these tech like AI, Chatbots, Blockchain, and IoT in our services the moment they started to gain traction. 

We also have highly sophisticated methodologies for every project we handle. These are models we strictly follow up to these present times. We carefully honed and enhanced them over the years, taking note of what delivers the best results for our clients. And we never really stop improving them and ourselves. 

How has being an entrepreneur affected your family & Social life? 

There’s a palpable impact but I always do my best to keep a balance between work, social life and family. I just ensure that I make time for all three, no more, no less.

After service is a necessary part of development. How do you provide customer support to your client? 

Providing support post-development is an integral part of our app development services. We do so by making ourselves readily contactable to our clients even well after the app has been released. And we make sure to maintain that connection for a long time or for as long as the client requires our assistance in anything related to the finished app.

What are your hobbies? What do you do in your non-work time? 

 A dedicated Rotarian, I am a mobile game addict and love to travel and meet new people.

Have you raised any funding? Or have any plans for the funding? 

No. We are self-sufficient and we think we don’t need outside funding.

Give your opinions on how far this app revolution can make a difference in the technology world?

I think the benefit is not just limited to the technology world but the whole world at large. Apps already have the power and clout to massively influence numerous major industries and fields worldwide. And I believe that we’re still only at the start of the so-called app revolution. 

Once we discover up to what extent we can incorporate prevailing and rising technologies, only then can we probably gain an inkling – but it will probably just be an approximation. Because even then, I think newer technologies would already take the place of the ones that came before and this will be a continuous process until apps themselves become obsolete and new norms take their place. For now, the sky’s the limit.

What latest technologies and tools you’re planning to implement for mobile app development?

It’s safe to say that we are on par with the latest trends, as evidenced by our list of services. We are definitely keeping track of 5G because it will undoubtedly make shockwaves in the industry once it has been completely rolled out. 

What’s your approach to creating interactive and addictive UX/UI of mobile apps and websites?

In most cases, you really can’t go wrong with going the minimalist route. Keep everything clean and simple and deliver as many helpful and interesting features as possible. It’s important to keep a balance so as not to overwhelm the user. And this applies to the on-going emotional and mental impact of the content every time the user is active as well. Of course, every app should also never be without a tinge of originality and innovation.

We just rely on good old newsletters and use Basecamp HQ for instant notifications.

Anything, you would like to say to our readers, upcoming entrepreneurs or Startup Companies?

Keep doing your thing. Hustle! Things might appear rough and hard at present but as long as you are taking action and know what direction to take, you’ll inevitably strike gold sooner or later. Stoke your passion for what you do and keep it burning. It’s the fuel you’ll need for the ride.
