Give us a brief introduction about your company?
Fyncr Inc. is a fintech company and we recently launched a mobile application called ‘Fyncr’ for the US market. Fyncr allows users to view, manage and pay their credit card bills (issued by any bank) from any other or similar bank. For every dollar paid, they accrue an equal number of reward points called FYX that you can redeem across a plethora of brands.

What are the services you offer to your clients?
Fyncr is the only platform (1 stop shop) that allows them to store, view and pay all their credit cards from any bank account. It is also the only solution provider that further rewards their users with points for making these bill payments, that can redeem across any merchant of their choice.
In this intensely competitive era, what technologies, services and project models can give you an edge over your competitors?
None of the competitors have a product interface to allow users to track and especially pay their individual credit card bills (for credit cards issued by banks other than their bank account holding bank) on a periodic basis from any account. Some of these players only offer to clear off debt for users by extending a line of credit. Hence, no direct competition to our product and service. So the value proposition of providing rewards for credit card bill payments specifically doesn’t exist.
Fyncr is the only platform that allows every credit card user to make periodic bill payments towards their CC, from any bank account, and earn rewards that can be redeemed across multiple merchants of their choice.

After service is a necessary part of development. How do you provide customer support to your client?
We have a dedicatted, well-trained, robust customer service team who themselves are users on our app to know and understand what a user goes through and may experience. They make sure to provide exemplary support to every case and conversation that may arise as result of experiencing the Fyncr app.
What are your hobbies? What do you do in your non-work time?
Travel, movies, sports, working out, big-time foodie.
Give your opinions on how far this app revolution can make a difference in the technology world?
Our application is the first that allows users to manage and pay all their credit card bills at one place and it is also the only one to reward them for this. We believe that we are reforming the culture of late payments, fees and bills sounding like a not fun rather painful experience. At Fyncr, we not only want to transform the user bill payment experience but also have a social responsibility to reduce the CC debt that has been haunting the US market, by motivating users to pay back early, payback more and enjoy more rewards!
What latest technologies and tools are you planning to implement for mobile app development?
Fyncr has used state-of-the-art technology and developed in-house APIs to make sure that the UX is truly seamless. We wanted our product to be intuitive, simple and interactive yet straightforward and secure. With multiple layers of security and bank-grade encryption, we ensure that users’ sensitive information is never compromised as we work directly with the FIs and service providers.
