How has being an entrepreneur affected your family & Social life?

No doubt entrepreneurship is not so different from a juggling act. A free-floating territory provides the benefits of being my own boss. Meanwhile, there are various challenges that I have to deal with.

To me not having a 9 to 5 job means working from early morning to late night. You can say that my life revolves around smartphones, laptops, email inboxes, and all those work-related materialistic things. No doubt I have to pay the cost of being my own boss.

No matter how much I organize my day, I don’t get enough time for my family, personal health, and social life. For people, entrepreneurship seems to be glorious but it’s not completely true. You have to sacrifice your most important things to achieve success in this field.

Who do you consider your idol or biggest motivator?

I personally believe that the biggest and reliable motivators of my life are contributing something greater than myself and teamwork. It helps to gain focus and stops deviation. If I talk about A3logics, the collaboration environment and the mission to serve more through technology are the two important aspects that keep me motivated. “I’m motivated by the opportunity that I get while identifying challenges and overcoming them with proper knowledge and skills. One of my greatest motivators is setting different aspiring aims for my team and coaching my direct reports which help us to achieve the desired goal.

What are your hobbies? What do you do in your non-work time?

Yes, you can consider this as one of my favorite questions, Mr. Gupta! I proudly call myself a bibliophile. I love to read about the latest technology trends, digitalization and always try to stay up-to-date according to the concurrent phase. Well, to be honest, there’s a long list to count on my recreations. Playing Chess, Meditation, are the second most active hobbies that I adore the most.

However, I don’t get enough time to enjoy all these things. When I am away from my desk, I try to do those things which are quite productive. We all require recreation, it is very important to raise your productivity and focus.

Engaging myself in these activities somehow develops my skill and reduces the stress up to some extent. You can’t work 24*7 Without any break, it can decrease your efficiency and affect your mental and physical health. That’s why hobbies and recreation activities are important for entrepreneurs.

We barely go out without our smartphones, ain’t we? Agreeably, the app revolution is here to stay and is surely creating a huge emblem for future purposes. This pandemic situation has also contributed its part to the mobile application domain, whether it is about ordering your favorite meal or purchasing medicine online. You can do everything on your smartphone. I am sure you would also agree with me.

Earlier, mobile apps were used for entertainment purposes. But in the recent past, mobile apps have witnessed paradigm changes. So yes, the app revolution is making a huge difference in the technology world.

A few days back, I was reading an article and came to know that by the end of 2021, the number of IoT devices will reach 10 billion. That’s amazing, isn’t it?
