Being an entrepreneur might seem lucky on the outside, but to actually be it you need to be very active and intellectual. You need to invest more time in yourself, in exploring your ideas and bringing them to life. It surely sometimes leaves you with a lesser number of hours to be spent with your family and your social group. However, my friends and family understand it and are happy to see me achieve my goals.

After service is a necessary part of development. How do you provide customer support to your client?

I truly believe that after service is one of the most important part of your services. We have a dedicated customer support team that takes care of all the queries from our previous clients in a prompt manner. We follow a flexible feedback approach for our projects to offer optimum client delight and build a loyal client base.

What are your hobbies? What do you do in your non-work time?

I love to read books and listen to intellectual stage speeches like TedTalks. In my free time I also spend time with my family and often go out for a walk.

Have you risen any funding? Or have any plans for the funding?

NO, We never raised funding or as of now don’t have any plan for the funding

Give your opinions on how far this app revolution can make a difference in the technology world?

The rising trend of purpose-based applications surely hints a great future. Users have unknowingly started an app for most of their day to day tasks. Whether it is on-demand apps like taxi booking, online food delivery etc. or the enterprise mobility applications where remote data management is possible, app revolution is influencing the technology world at a great pace. And the futuristic technologies like AI, AR/VR, Big Data, IoT, and Blockchain are sure to dominate the technology world in the near future.

Mention the ways you use to introduce new updates to your team.

We function in a coordinated and layered manner. If there is any update it is first communicated with the project managers and the team leads who carry forward the update information to their teams. Further, we have a knowledge and training department which trains the teams if the update needs to be incorporated in the development tasks.

What’s your step to enter into wearable tech & IOT revolution?

We have already entered in the IoT revolution and have incorporated IoT solutions in our list of services. We have experts onboard who excel at crafting IoT enabled applications.
