🏆 Appstory App Awards — Contest Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 1, 2026 • Applies to all contest nominations & app submissions
1 Eligibility & Ownership Authorization
By submitting an application to the Appstory App Awards, you explicitly certify that you are the original developer, copyright owner, or officially authorized representative of the software application.
Submissions containing malicious code, deceptive malware, copyright-infringing assets, or unlawful content will be permanently rejected and banned from future nominations.
2 Community Voting & Anti-Fraud Rules
Appstory enforces a strict 1 Free Vote Per IP Address policy for community leaderboard voting. All vote traffic is actively logged and analyzed by our anti-bot fraud monitoring algorithm.
Any attempt to inflate vote counts using proxy networks, automated scripts, botnets, or click farms will result in instant vote nullification and disqualification from monthly award tiers.
3 Editorial Review & Media Rights
Submitting an application grants Appstory.org a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display public store metadata, logos, icons, screenshots, promotional videos, and AI-synthesized editorial reviews on Appstory.org and affiliated social media channels.
Developers retain 100% intellectual property ownership of their underlying application software.
4 Promotional Packages & Refund Policy
Paid packages (Starter $9, Pro $29, Enterprise $49) cover editorial review processing, high-speed AI payload synthesis, dofollow backlink indexing, and contest badge provisioning.
Because editorial processing begins immediately upon receipt of submission, promotional fees are non-refundable once editorial review synthesis or public profile publishing has commenced.
5 Contact Legal Operations
